ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a Final Report in Crime No.1424 of 2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and closed the same as mistake of fact and have filed a Closure Report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee in RCS.No.14/2012 on 03.09.2012.

4.In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present criminal original petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
