C.M.P.No.9903 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.106036 of 2018 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 841 days in filing this CMA.

Mr.Michael Visuvasam takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent/insurance company.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 841 days.

4.The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Michael Visuvasam when the matter is listed for admission.
