The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1064 of 2016 pending on the file of the fourth respondent to any other appropriate agency. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this petition, the petitioner filed W.P.No.21864 of 2019 for taking appropriate action against the fourth respondent and for other relief.

3.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4.Though the petitioner has filed this petition for the aforesaid relief, during the pendancy of this petition, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.21864 of 2019 for taking appropriate action against the fourth respondent and for other relief. Hence, when there is efficacious remedy available under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this petition is not maintainable. 5.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
