Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Hon'ble Sub Court at Tambaram to dispose of the O.P.No.90 of 2017 expeditiously within the time frame.

O R D E R
The petitioner herein is the respondent in O.P.No.90 of 2017. The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the original petition expeditiously.
2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the divorce petition came to be filed by the husband on 31.01.2017 and the counter has also been filed on 15.06.2017. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that thereafter, there is no much progress in the case.
3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the case is pending from the month of January, 2017, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the O.P.No.90 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands ordered. No costs.
