Vs TMT.M.KALLIAMMAL [RESPONDENT IN WMP.31865/18 IN WP.27366/18] THIRU.C.SUDHAKAR [RESPONDENT IN WMP.31889/18 IN WP.27384/18] Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Stay the operation, of the award passed by the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.265 of 2015, dated 30.11.2017(in WMP.No.31865/2018)and (ii) Stay the operation, of the award passed by the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.266 of 2015, dated 30.11.2017(in WMP.No.31889/2018)pending disposal of the above WP.Nos.27366 & 27684/2018 respectively.
