13686/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.24170 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVAKUMARAN Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an application under Section 436 Cr.P.C. for bail. On such application being filed, the trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on bail, on the same day, on he executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner/accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No.24170 of 2018.
