J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to issue a direction to the respondent herein to Register the complaint dated 03.09.2018.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he had made a compliant under the Prevention of Corruption Act before the respondent i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation for the purpose of conducting a detailed enquiry for the above said relief.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that immediately after the receipt of the said complaint dated 03.09.2018 for the alleged corruption charges against unknown person, the same was forwarded to the Director, V & AC., Alandur, Chennai for further necessary action, as the matter pertains to the State Government.

4.In view of the above, the prayer sought in this Criminal Original Petition became infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
