Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for records relating to the order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1007/2005/R6 dated 22.11.2006 imposed a punishment of removal from service as confirmed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.416/2017/A1 dated 16.08.2017 and rejected by the first respondent in Se. Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/13086/2017 dated 30.11.2017, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to forthwith reinstate the petitioner will all benefits both service and monetary inclusive of back wages.
