This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, Mr.G.Samuel, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Keezhaiyur Police Station is present before this Court. 4.On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.183 of 2018 and the petitioner was arrested and has been released on bail. Apart from that, there is no other case pending as against the petitioner.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
