This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Sunil Kumar petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.264 of 2018 and the same has been closed on 20.06.2018 by the 4th respondent.
