This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.530 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, Mr.C.Selvam attached to Tholasampatti Police Station is present.

4.On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that if three months time is granted, the investigation in Crime No.530 of 2014 will be completed.

5.Recording the submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.530 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
