C.M.P.No.17611 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR36740 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased respondent/plaintiff on 16.11.2017 in the above C.M.P.No.16765 of in A.S.No.36740 of 2015 filed against the impugned judgment and decree dated 20.11.2014 in O.S.No.13 of 2010 passed by the II Additional District Court, Chidambaram.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.
