This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2278 days in filing the Cross appeal.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that she is not pressing this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the Cross Objection petition is rejected at SR stage itself.
