affidavit of S.Arumugam, filed herein ; the Court made the following order:- "The Tahsildar, Udumalpet has merely sent a communication dated 27.1.2020 to the learned Government Advocate in Reference No.2098/2018/A5 as to the removal of debris, after causing the removal of encroachment. It is not supported by a status report.

2. Call on 28.02.2020 for filing the status report, failing which the Tahsildar, Udumalpet shall personally remain present before this Court."
