Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has made repeated requests before this Court to adjourn this matter to next week.

2. This Court has given sufficient opportunity to the respondents from the year 2017, however, till date, there is no proper application filed by the respondents. Therefore, we are ordering statutory notice to the respondents.

3. We make it clear that if the respondents comply with the order passed by this Court, it is always open to the respondents to file necessary application to dispense with their appearance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is ready to give an undertaking to the respondents, if any such amount has been paid by the respondent Department in compliance with the order passed in the writ petition, in the event of the respondent Department succeeding in the review application or in the appeal, the said amount can be recovered from the petitioner's pensionary benefits or any other benefits. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
