Respondents PRAYER:Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for committing contempt of court by willfully disobeying the orders passed by this court in W.P.No.7987 of 2018 dated 05.04.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent jointly made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 05.04.2018 in W.P.No.7987 of 2018 has been complied with. In this regard, the Government passed an order in G.O.Ms.(P).No.453, Rural Development and Panchayat Department, dated 10.12.2018 and consequently, the Block Development Officer also passed an order on 14.12.2018. 2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt petition stands closed.
