ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in Nattam S.No.226/8, situated at Annaikattaputhur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2018 pending on the file of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, produced a copy of the proceedings bearing No.O.Mu.A4/4369/2018 dated 09.10.2018 issued by the second respondent, in and by which, the third respondent was directed to conduct a detailed enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2018 and send a report enclosing necessary documents to the second respondent. A copy of the said proceedings has also been sent to the petitioner herein.

3.Recording the aforesaid proceedings issued by the second respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2018 and send a report to the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said report, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
