PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in Tender Notice No.16/2018-19/HDO dated, 28.08.2018 and Tender Notice No.17/2018-19/HDO dated 29.08.2018 respectively and quash the above Tender in respect of Package 39 and package 40 respectively pertaining to Vanur Sub-Division in Villupuram Highways Circle consequently, direct the 3rd respondent herein to call for fresh tenders in respect of Package 39 and package 40 respectively, excluding the existing good condition middle portion roads in Tender Notice No.16/2018-19/HDO and Tender Notice No.17/2018-19/HDO dated 29.08.2018 and 28.08.2018 respectively.
