This Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. According to the learned counsel for the second respondent, he has just made the statement off the record and therefore, he requested to delete para 3 contained in the order, dated 23.11.2021 passed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission now made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, para No.3 contained in the order, is hereby ordered to be deleted and in its place, the following paragraph may be incorporated. "3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the peititioner has submitted his reply to the impugned proceedings dated 04.09.2017 on 12.07.2018 and in the event of any order being passed against the petitioner, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same."

4. The Registry is directed to incorporate the above modified paragraph and issue a fresh copy of the order.
