Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action forbearing the respondents 6 to 9 and others to conduct the temple festival on 21.10.2018 in respect of the temple namely Arulmigu Sri Pillai Muniyappan Thirukkovil situated at Jegathap Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2018 forthwith.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action forbearing the respondents 6 to 9 and others to conduct the temple festival on 21.10.2018 in respect of the temple namely Arulmigu Sri Pillai Muniyappan Thirukkovil. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
