Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have cancelled the tender and a new tender is going to be notified in which the petitioner also can participate. 2.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the future tender. No costs.
