2.This Court vide order dated 18.02.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.23776 of 2018 had directed the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallipattu, to dispose of the proceedings in D.V.Act No.2 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

3.The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu vide letter dated 10.03.2021 in D.No.550 of 2021 addressed to the Registrar General of this Court, has sought for further time to dispose of the case.

4.Today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the proceedings in D.V.Act No.2 of 2018 has been disposed of.
