The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in No.56/61164/RRC/2018 dated 24.09.2018 from the file of the respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent not to take any coercive action for recovery of dues of M/s.Sri Goutam Tex and pass such further orders.
