O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 15.09.2018, removing the petitioner from the post of Secretary of the BSNL Employees Union.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the second and third respondents are also the officer bearers of the same union and they are also the private parties and hence no relief can be sought for against them under Article 226 of Constitution of India.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
