ORDER

This writ petition is directed against the impugned notice dated 20.07.2018 issued under the India Telegraph Act, 1885, by the second respondent / Junior Engineer, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, TLC Office, Salem Main Road, Sankgiri.

2. Before the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned Senior counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that the second respondent has already withdrawn the impugned notice issued to the petitioner. The said submission is recorded.

3. As the impugned notice issued by second respondent against the petitioner has already been withdrawn by the said authority, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the respondents to work out their remedy against the petitioner in a manner known to law. No Costs. WMP.Nos.30877 and 37838 of 2018 are closed.
