[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu viz., Vinoth, aged about 28 years, sought production of her son.

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. Petitioner is present before this Court. The respondent has produced the detenu. He informs of not having suffered illegal detention under the hands of anybody and that he has now returned home and resides with his mother.
