Crl RC No.1160 of 2018 Crl Rc No.1160 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J The matter was posted under the caption for Reporting compliance today. Mr.C.Venu, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Mangalampet Police Station, Cuddalore District, was present at the time of hearing.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions from the police officer who was present before this Court submitted that the condition imposed by this Court at Paragraph No.20 of the judgement has been complied with and the compensation amount was deposited before the Trial Court on 31.03.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also produced the copy of the receipt issued by the Trial Court on deposit of the compensation amount. In view of the same, a compliance is recorded. The petitioner was sentenced to undergo imprisonment till the raising of the Court. In view of the same, the petitioner was made to sit in the Court hall from 11.45 a.m till the closing of the Court hours. Accordingly, the petitioner has undergone the sentence of imprisonment imposed by this Court. 3.

The learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that PW4 viz., Jothy died during the pendency of this Criminal Revision case. In view of the same, PW1 who is the son of PW4 shall be https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
