PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fourth respondent relating to the order bearing Na.Ka.NO.8191/ka4/2017, dated 27.04.2018 and quash the said order dated 27.04.2018 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to disburse the sum of Rs.1,75,597/- with interest at the rate of 12% P.A. with effect from 29.08.2017 to the petitioner towards reimbursement of the expenses incurred by him for the surgery and treatment of Choliceptectomy hernia operation and treatment in the Kuinji Hospital, Salem 636 016.
