This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2123 of 2018 dated 01.02.2018 has not been complied with.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2123 of 2018 dated 01.02.2018 has been complied with, by the respondents and an order dated 04.05.2018 has already been passed. The learned counsel further contended that since the said order is passed against the interest of the petitioner, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy against the said order.

3. Needless to say that it is for the petitioner to work out their remedy against the said order, if the same is passed adversely against the interest of the petitioner. However, taking note of the fact, that the order has already been passed on 04.05.2018, this Contempt Petition is closed.
