ORDER

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 31.08.2018.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he submitted a representation dated 31.08.2018, to the respondents, seeking to measure his land in Survey No.356, Block No.9 in No.49 at Puliyur Village, Egmore - Nungambakkam Taluk, Chennai District. Finding no response on the said representation, the present writ petition came to be filed.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner, if the petitioner is able to produce all the necessary documents, to establish his claim, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to furnish the required documents along with necessary fees to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks therefrom.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
