Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to register the sale deed dated 24.09.2018 pertaining to the properties at S.No.86/4 to an extent of 1.91 Acres, S.No.87/3 to an extent of 1.96 Acres and S.No.88/2, to an extent of 1.68 Acres, totally to an extent of Ac.5.00 Cents which is presented for registration on Online Registration website through token appointment No:TP/42050002/2018 dated 25.09.2018.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the sale deed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 24.09.2018, which is presented for registration on Online registration website through token appointment dated 25.09.2018. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have presented the sale deed for registration on online, but, the respondent has not chosen to register the same. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court. 4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the petitioners' claim would be considered on merits and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the sale deed, which is presented by the petitioners for registration on online and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
