Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider their representation dated 31.08.2018, claiming for sanction of additional posts/revival of the post on the basis of the third respondent's proposal made in Na.Ka.No.8983/U3/2018 & Na.Ka.No.8984/U3/2018, dated 19.09.2018, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner, on the basis of the proposals sent by the third respondent dated 19.09.2018, on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the proposal sent by the third respondent on 19.09.2018, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other necessary parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
