The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that private notice sent to the respondent has been returned as unserved with an endorsement "Left". He has also filed the proof affidavit.

2. In view of the above submission, Notice by way of substituted service is ordered. The petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in "Malai Murasu"

Tamil Daily having circulation in the place where the respondent is living, on or before 06.09.2019, indicating the date of hearing as 06.09.2019.

Post the matter on 06.09.2019.
