Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.460 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspense the sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.C.No. 100 of 2016 dated 03.07.2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge for Mahila Court (Mahalir Neethimandram) at Chennai and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the above in Crl.A.No. 460 of 2018 [CRL.M.P.No.13514 of 2018]. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.460 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mrs.V.SARATHADEVI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When this Court has expressed its intention to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
