When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.101 of 2018 was completed and the police have filed a closure report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 17.04.2018 in RCS No.4 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal.

In such view of the matter, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest application before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal, shall furnish copies of the closure report and other necessary documents to the petitioner.
