Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agent or any other person acting through them from alienating or encumbering the suit schedule property in OS.609/2010 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Court Coimbatore (IN C.M.P.No.17973 of 2018) pending disposal of the above appeal (A.S.No.658 of 2018).

Only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 12.11.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
