ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner who is the sister of the convict seeks a direction to the respondents for granting three months leave. 3.It appears from the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that earlier one month leave was granted on 03.01.2019 in H.C.P.No.1726 of 2019. The convict also sought for further leave by filing another writ petition. 4.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands dismissed.
