2.During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the whereabouts of the petitioner is not known at present.

3.Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court intends to hear the actual reasons for her unauthorised absence for duty in person.

4.Recording that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform the petitioner to be present before this Court on the next date of hearing, i.e., on 11.12.2024.

5.Post the matter on 11.12.2024.
