JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Mr.ARUL MURUGAN,J.) This writ appeal is filed as against the order of the learned single judge in W.P.No.31114 of 2016 dated 24.07.2017.

2. Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants relying on the communication sent by the District Collector, (Development Section), Tiruvallur District, Tiruvallur, vide proceedings in R.C.No.18122/2017/PA2 dated 10.08.2024 submits that they have complied with the orders passed in the writ petition and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ appeal.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
