ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue - Jayaseeli, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.

2.Today, the detenue has been produced before this Court. On enquiry, she has informed that she is not in illegal detention of anybody much less the third respondent. The detenue has further stated that she is living with her mother and there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is a matrimonial dispute between her and the petitioner. It is also her statement that the children born out of the wedlock are also living with her. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
