O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to expedite the Trial in C.C.No.118 of 2016, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Arani, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. FIR has been registered in this case in the year 2013, in Crime No.259 of 2013. Thereafter, the respondent police has completed the investigation and final report has also been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.118 of 2016, for alleged offences under Sections 147, 294 (b), 323, 506 (i) of Indian Penal Code. Since the case has been pending for a long time, this petition has been filed seeking for completion of the proceedings.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate at Arani, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.118 of 2016, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report the same before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
