Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.16203 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.793 of 2017 on 20.12.2017 and pass such further or other orders.[CRL.MP.NO.13807/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MUTHAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16203 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.793 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 against the C.C.No.1 of 2012 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that from the date of suspension of sentence the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsels on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Crl.M.P.No.16203 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.793 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 against the C.C.No.1 of 2012 is modified. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two months, on the first working day of the month at 10.30 am, commencing from December 2018. -sd/- 12/10/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
