Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to accept the offline application of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) under Notification No.07/MRB/18 dated 25.09.2018 without insisting upon registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council for the present and consequently publish the result of the petitioner and appoint the petitioner if she comes within the soon of consideration.
