This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, Mr.G.Thirumuruganandham, Sub Inspector of Police, B-1 Siva Kanchee Police Station, Chennai is present before this Court.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that there is no case or petition is pending against this petitioner. However, Vasanth, son of the petitioner is involved in 13 cases and warrants are pending against him. Therefore, the Police have called the petitioner for enquiry.

5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
