ORDER

Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider their representation dated 03.09.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.09.2018 to the third respondent, for issuance of patta in their favour, in respect of the lands in S.No.225/1C at Egavarpalayam Village, Gummindipoondi Taluk, but, the same has not been considered by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the third respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
