ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners as they apprehend that they will be evicted from the premises i.e., Door Nos.12, 18, 19, 22, 23 situated in Kamatchi Amman Nagar Annex, Mangadu, Kancheepuram District.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners have not received any eviction notice.

3. The learned Government Pleader (i/c) states that the petitioners will not be evicted without taking steps in accordance with law.

4. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c), we are not inclined to interfere at this stage.

5. The writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.
