Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent to hand over the keys of the 4 flats belonging to the applicant as per the MOU signed between the parties and morefully setout in the schedule to the petition. These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that Mr.A.Ganesan, District Judge (Retired) has been appointed as an Arbitrator. As per the directions of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2018, the respondent has handed over the keys of three Flats, and holding one Flat towards the liability.

2. Since the matter is pending before the learned Arbitrator, these applications are also made over to the Arbitrator for taking further decision.

3. Both the applications are disposed of with the above observations.
