ORDER

Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders, on the basis of his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2314/2012/A2, dated 03.02.2012, within the time fixed by this Court.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is having lands in S.F.Nos.84/B2, 85/2A, 84/B4 and 85/2 at Pannaikinaru Village and S.F.No.64 at Gomangalam Village and the lands in Pannaikinaru Village are dry lands. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent, for laying pipe lines through patta land and government lands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from Gomangalam to Pannaikinaru. Though the second respondent, in his proceedings dated 03.02.2012, approved the claim of the petitioner, has not passed any order in this regard. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be considered by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner, on the basis of his proceedings dated 03.02.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
