(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the notice dated 19.09.2018, whereby the petitioner was called upon to remove the encroachment.

2.The learned counsel for respondent no.1, i.e., The Block Development Officer, (Village Panchayat), Kandamangalam, Village Panchayat, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District, states that as far as the present petitioner is concerned, no encroachment has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been made by him. The learned counsel for respondent no.1 further states that they are withdrawing the notice as far as the petitioner is concerned.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no.1, this petition is infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.30947 of 2018 is also dismissed.
