ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in W.P.No.22955 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though there is a communication from the Controller of Examinations addressed to the Dean, Thanjavur Medical College, Thanjavur dated 19.03.2019, the college officials are saying that the same has not been received. 3.We would like to place on record the proceedings dated 19.03.2019 which reads as under:

As per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, I am sending herewith the Provisional Certificate and Statement of Marks of the candidate Dr.M.D.Rekha (Reg.No.221311214), M.S. (General Surgery) of your Institution who had appeared for PG Degree Examination in April 2016. I request that the same may be handed over to the candidate concerned with acknowledgment.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the University also acknowledged the aforesaid factum that such communication has been sent. In the light of the above, we expect the college authorities to act on the aforesaid communication

dated 19.03.2019. If the said communication is not received by the college authorities, they have to contact the University and thereafter receive copy of the same and act upon it.

5.With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
